ChIP-seq data of QstR transcriptional regulator from Vibrio cholerae

In this study, we studied the binding of the transcriptional regulator QstR to DNA through chromatin immunoprecipitation coupled with deep sequencing (ChIP-seq). Overall design: Comparison between ChIP samples derived from qstR-positive or qstR-negative V. cholerae strains. Please note that the processed data *peaks.tsv was generated from both replicates and is linked as the corresponding ''replicate 1'' sample supplementary file.
