Data and code release: 9.6σ Confirmation of Orientation-Dependent Ringdown Frequency Shifts in 100 Binary Black Hole Mergers: Evidence for the Semi-Dirac Membrane Paradigm
收藏资源简介:
Public data release accompanying the paper "Observation of Inclination-Dependent Ringdown Frequency Shifts in 100 Binary Black Hole Mergers: 9.6σ Evidence for the Semi-Dirac Membrane Paradigm" (Frederick Manfredi, 2025). Updated and expanded analysis of 48 binary black hole mergers from GWTC-1 through GWTC-4.0, yielding 9.61σ evidence for the predicted δf ∝ sin⁴ι correlation from the Semi-Dirac membrane paradigm. Includes full posterior-derived error bars and weighted linear fit. Supersedes and confirms the earlier 48-event result (10.5281/zenodo.17852169). This expanded dataset contains a processed table of 100 real LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA binary black hole events (O1–O4) with official inclination posteriors, masses, network SNR, and the predicted Semi-Dirac frequency shift δf = +0.06 × f_ISCO × sin⁴ι. It includes posterior-derived error bars on both axes and a weighted linear fit yielding 9.61σ significance (slope 2.845 ± 0.428 Hz, R²=0.580). Files: - real_inclinations.csv : 100 events with inclination posteriors (median + 90% CI)- master_data_100events.json : Full processed table including δf, SNR, masses, etc.- SEMI_DIRAC_with_errorbarsV2.py : Run this script → reproduces the 9.61σ weighted fit and figure- SemiDirac_100events_WithErrorbars_Final.png : Publication-ready figure- Top100BBHEventsSortedBySNR` : Top 100 BBH events sorted by SNR and the catalogue they were pulled from- IGNSFiles.txt` : All of the names of the IGNS files used. Builds on the 48-event release (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17852169). All gravitational-wave samples are publicly available from GWOSC. License: CC-BY-4.0.
