Expression data from prostate tissues from mouse models of prostate cancer fed a high-fat diet or a control diet.

To examine the effects of high-fat diet on gene expression in the prostate of a mouse model of prostate cancer, we extracted RNA from the prostates, and evaluated their gene expressions using microarrays. Prostate tissues from 5 high-fat diet fed prostate cancer model mice and 5 control diet fed prostate cancer model mice at 22 weeks of age were analyzed for microarray
