DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPETENCY-BASED TEACHING MODEL FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION USING MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES

This article develops an integrative teaching model aimed at organizing vocational education on the basis of modern pedagogical technologies. The purpose of the study is to substantiate a pedagogical mechanism that supports the integrated development of vocational learners’ theoretical knowledge, practical skills, digital competence, decision-making abilities in problem situations, teamwork skills, and capacity for independent learning. The study employed systems analysis, comparative analysis, pedagogical modelling, a competency-based approach, design-based research, and expert evaluation methods.
