To determine whether paternal methylpenidate exposure alters the behavior and gene expression of the offspring. We administrated methylphenidate (15 mg/kg) or saline (10 ml/kg) to sire and performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of striatum of 6-week-old offspring. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of 6-week-old striatum RNA-seq data from offspring born to methylphenidate- or saline-treated sires.
