Contains the example inteRelate run from the associated paper. This includes the following: A "reference" folder containing integration sites for HIV-1, HTLV-1, and a matched random control (MRC). A "query" folder containing ChIP-seq sites for H3K36me3 and POLR2AphosphoS2, as well as shuffled versions of each. An "output" folder containing all output files of the run.
