To investigate the effects of DB2115 (PU.1 binding-site inhibitor/redistributor) upon the transcriptome of the AML cell line MOLM-13. MOLM-13 cells grown in 10% FBS, 1% Pen Strep, RPMI media were treated with 5uM of DB2115 for 20hr before cells were harvested and RNA was extracted for RNA-seq.
