If the percentage change in the quantity demanded of enterprise routers is greater than the percentage change in their price, the demand for enterprise routers is price elastic, indicating that customers are highly sensitive to changes in router prices. The greater the elasticity, the more sensitive demand is to price changes, and all enterprises in this industry can appropriately lower the prices of enterprise routers in the corresponding city to obtain higher revenues. If the demand for enterprise routers is price inelastic, all enterprises in this industry can appropriately raise the prices of enterprise routers in the corresponding city to obtain higher revenues. This dataset is of great significance for the marketing decision-making of all enterprises in this industry across Henan Province.

1. Data Collection: Collect monthly demand and price data of relevant enterprise routers across Henan Province, organize and summarize the data at the municipal level, and obtain the changes in the quantity demanded and price changes of the enterprise routers.

2. Algorithm Rules: Calculate the collected data using the following formula to obtain the demand elasticity coefficient:

3. Data Analysis: The price elasticity of demand for enterprise routers can be analyzed based on the value of |E_d|:
