Raw data for 2022 retropsective analysis of 129 pet dogs that underwent 3-fraction stereotactic radiotherapy at NC State (August 5, 2013 to November 9, 2020)

Between 2013 and 2020, 129 dogs were treated at North Carolina State University for intranasal masses. Treatment was external beam radiotherapy (intensity-modulated stereotactic body radiotherapy; 10 Gy x 3 fractions). Treatment was delivered using a clinical linear accelerator. The Excel file submitted to the Harvard Dataverse includes a summary of clinical data (demographics, tumor staging, treatments, and follow-up) and radiation dosimetry data (all cases were planned using Varian Eclipse, and treated using intensity modulated radiotherapy with cone beam CT based image guidance). The data have been analyzed, and a report is being submitted to Veterinary Comparative Oncology for peer review and subsequent publication. The raw data are provided here for future secondary analyses.
