SLIdR (Synthetic Lethal Identification in R) is a statistical framework to identify synthetic lethality pairs from large scale screens across multiple cancer types. <br> Here, we are sharing the processed data for running SLIdR in the pan-cancer and cancer type-specific settings. The enclosed RData file contains two objects: <strong>all_data</strong> - Processed cancer type-specific data in SLIdR format for 17 different cancer types. <strong>pc_data</strong> - Processed pan-cancer data in SLIdR format for running SLIdR in the pan-cancer setting.
