Information System KiViKe
收藏资源简介:
The information system Kivikes contains two types of information: archive materials (i.e. digitizations and in the matter that has arrived in the archive digitally) and data on materials (metadata), including references to materials whose digitizations have not yet arrived in Kivike. Both files and data are constantly added to the system. In Kivike you will find the handwritten folklore collections of Jakob Hurda and the Estonian Writers" Society, the folklore collection of the Estonian Students" Society, the manuscript materials of one of Estonia's first domestic historians, the pastor Eduard Philipp Körber of Võnnu from the early years of the 19th century, and the 18 volumes of writing and manuscript collection of the late 19th century press character Ado Grenzstein, a number of digital copies of rare old prints, numerous photographs, as well as digitizations of foam recordings and shellac plates from the early decades of the 20th century, and more. The archive material can be searched through the user interface of the depositary as well as in the thematic databases of the Estonian Literary Museum. The use of the material is free for research and teaching purposes. The logged-in user can open files, listen to recordings, order copies, etc. - that's why it's worth logging in!
