Canadian Graduate and Professional Student Survey (CGPSS)

The Canadian Graduate and Professional Student Survey (CGPSS) is administered to all University of Waterloo graduate students in the winter/spring term of the survey year on a three year cycle. The purpose of the survey is to provide insights into various aspects of the graduate experience and the quality of graduate level programs. Prior to 2013, the survey was administered as two separate instruments (Professional/ Regular). The survey was updated in 2013 and a single instrument with three streams (Master's with thesis, Master's without thesis, Doctoral) was released.
