资源简介:
[ENG:]The dataset includes the results of an in vivo experiment conducted on broiler chickens. Birds were randomly assigned to eight experimental groups and fed complete diets containing different fat sources: Hermetia illucens larval fat, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, palm oil, palm fatty acid distillate, poultry fat, pig lard, and beef tallow. On day 35 of the experiment, biological material (blood) was collected post mortem for further laboratory analyses, including the determination of selected physiological and immunological parameters.
