The dataset contains data related to the in vivo validation of the HyperProbe1.1 system. For each of the 9 mice, analises were performed exposing the animal to varying O2 concentration of inhaled air: from 21% to 100% (Normoxia->Hyperoxia). The dataset includes time traces of HbO2 over a representative ROI and HbO2 concentration maps, for both transitions.All procedures involving mice were performed in accordance with the regulations of the Italian Ministry of Health.
