The experimental data set consists of data illustrates the effect of two different electron acceptors on the performance of voltage generation, power density, current density and COD removal efficiency of brewery waste. Pysico-chemical properties of the waste water used during the experiment (Table1) . Substrate feed (loading) (Table 2) and electron acceptor solution concentration (Table 3) used in the experiment. Fig1 illustrates the experimental Microbial fuel cell set up used during the experiment. Data presented in Fig.2. consists of, removal and columbic and Voltage generation as an electron acceptor of MFC used during the experiment with KMnO4 and K3[Fe (CN)6 as an electron acceptor at 0.4 M concentration, each sample has been measured with mean followed by standard deviation with three times (as provided in supplementary materials. Fig 3 and Fig 4 shows the effect of molar concentration(0.4&0.6M) as KMnO4 as an electron acceptor on voltage generation capacity of the MFC at different COD concentration (500mg/L,1000mg/L,1500mg/L,2000mg/L). The effect of molar concentration (0.4&0.6M) as 4K3[Fe(CN)6 as an electron acceptor on voltage generation capacity of the MFC at different COD concentration (500mg/L,1000mg/L,1500mg/L,2000mg/L) well illustrated in (Fig5 and Fig 6).Fig7(a) shows data recorded and estimated on current density against polarization and power density curves using KMno4 used as an electron acceptor and Fig7(b). demonstrates on current density against polarization and power density curves using K3[Fe (CN)6 used as an electron acceptor.
