RNAseq analysis on mature leaf tissue of 60 individual B104 maize inbred plants grown in the field

60 plants B104 genotype. Collected in field conditions. No perturbation were applied. The general aim of our study is to prove that the same type of information coming from pooled samples of plants that were grown in controlled chambers can also be deduced from experiments in the field, using the natural variation and expression responses across single plants with the same genetic background.
