Datasets for "Land Subsidence on Java Island and its Contributions to Relative Sea Level Change"

Data Description: The dataset contains 2 files (1 compressed folder and 1 CSV file). a) RSL_regional.zip: This folder contains regional probabilistic projections of relative sea level change and rates at 1-km grid resolution along northern Java Island, created using the Framework for Assessing Changes to Sea-level (FACTS) (Kopp et al., 2023). The full probability distributions of projected RSL are available for five Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSP1-1.9, SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, SSP3-7.0, and SSP5-8.5), with estimates for both medium confidence and low confidence scenarios. b) Java_VLM_EW.csv: This CSV file contains vertical land motion (VLM) and east-west motion data in cm/year for Java Island. The file includes 6 columns: Column 1: Longitude (degrees) Column 2: Latitude (degrees) Column 3: VLM (cm/year) Column 4: Standard deviation of VLM (cm/year) Column 5: East-west motion (cm/year) Column 6: Standard deviation of east-west motion (cm/year) Note: VLM is provided in the global reference frame (IGS14), while east-west motion is provided in the local reference frame.
