Extra isolates from Lotus japonicus Gifu rhizobacterial culture collection grown in natural Cologne agricultural soil (GE)

Five rhizobacterial isolates deriving from the Lotus japonicus Gifu culture collection grown in Cologne agricultural soil. The bulk of this culture collection was sequenced and stored under bioproject PRJEB37696 and on Lj-SPHERE and is studied in Wippel et al. (2021). These five isolates are not included in that bioproject but also derive from the same isolate extraction. These five isolates, together with the rest of the Lotus japonicus culture collection, were used in a large SynCom inoculation experiment (Bioproject: PRJNA1131994). The methodology with which these isolates were extracted can be found in Wippel et al. (2021). The five rhizobacterial isolates were subjected to WGS using the Illumina WGS protocol and Nextera adapters were trimmed from these isolates with cutadapt.
