资源简介:

This dataset contains raw sensor data collected from a wrist-worn wearable device aimed at Human Activity Recognition (HAR). The primary focus of this collection is to distinguish between complex Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), specifically household chores and stair climbing, utilizing physiological and kinematic signals. Participants and Folder Structure The dataset is organized into folders corresponding to each participant. The naming convention for the folders is G-ID, where G indicates gender and ID is the participant number. M: Male (e.g., M-01, M-02...) F: Female (e.g., F-01, F-02...) Each folder contains the sensor data files for that specific individual. Data Files and Format The archive contains .csv and .txt files. Unless otherwise specified, the .csv files follow this format: Row 1: Initial time of the session (Unix timestamp in UTC). Row 2: Sample rate (Hz). File Dictionary ACC.csv: 3-axis accelerometer data. The sensor measures acceleration in the range [-2g, 2g]. Unit: 1/64g. Columns: X, Y, Z axes respectively. BVP.csv: Data from the photoplethysmograph (PPG). EDA.csv: Electrodermal activity sensor data. Unit: Microsiemens (μS). TEMP.csv: Temperature sensor data. Unit: Degrees Celsius (°C). HR.csv: Average heart rate extracted from the BVP signal. IBI.csv: Inter-beat intervals (Time between individual heart beats) extracted from BVP. Note: No sample rate row. Column 1: Time of the detected IBI (seconds from the start of the session). Column 2: Duration of the IBI (seconds). tags.csv: Event mark times. Corresponds to a physical button press on the device. Format: Unix timestamp in UTC, synchronized with the session start time. tags_activity.csv: Labels for the activities performed. r: rest / er: end rest d: drawing / ed: end drawing st: standing sit: sitting / esit: end sitting wd: washing dishes / ewd: end washing dishes wp: wiping floor / ewp: end wiping floor ws: walking at slow pace wr: walking at regular pace wf: walking at fast pace / ewf: end walking fast us: going upstairs / eus: end going upstairs ds: going downstairs / eds: end going downstairs end: end of all activities age.txt: The age (in years) of the participant. Compliance With Ethical Standards All participants provided informed consent prior to data collection, and confidentiality was maintained throughout the study by anonymizing all personal data. The research protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Granada (approval number 4400/CEIH/2024) and was conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
