Dataset on Brewers’ Spent Grain Bioactives and Nutrients from Latvian Breweries

The dataset provides data on brewers’ spent grain (BSG) samples collected from 11 breweries in Latvia. It includes analytical results on a range of bioactive and nutritional parameters, such as total phenols, flavonoids, antioxidant capacity (DPPH, ABTS), dietary fibre, protein, amino acids, and fat content. The dataset also contains basic information about the sampled products and relevant production characteristics.
