This data set is based on the national standard and records the survey and detection data of rice samples. There are 15 experimental sites and 20 varieties of rice samples in 5 years, corresponding to 1500 data, forming 75 Excel tables. The samples were collected from the rice planting areas in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Each data recorded the variety of rice samples, as well as the measured grain length, amylose content, chalkiness, and precision rate data.
