This Zenodo archive contains the data and R scripts supporting the manuscript Local habitat heterogeneity supports insectivorous birds and arthropod diversity in California vineyards. It includes the bird point count dataset and arthropod sampling dataset, along with analysis scripts used to fit the multi-species Bayesian N-mixture models for insectivorous birds and the statistical models for arthropod responses to habitat covariates.
