Sequencing of ANR-JCJC-EVOLINK: raw sequences of African freshwater mollusks and outgroup taxa (multiple BioSamples)

In this BioProject we archive raw sequencing reads obtained with various sequencing strategies, notably RNA-seq and Hyb-seq (the sequencing of target capture/enrichment libraries) on African freshwater mollusks and associated outgroup taxa. The goal of our project is to link microevolution and macroevolution in the diversification of freshwater mollusks from the East African Rift. We work towards this goal by performing integrative studies of genetic, phenotypic and environmental data at various temporal and spatial scales, using phylogenetic and population genetic approaches. (Note that the taxonomic names associated to our sequencing data have been reviewed to adher to the currently accepted taxonomy by NCBI and some of these names may differ from our current taxonomic opinion, which is expressed in associated papers/pre-prints.)
