Additional file 4. GO functional enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes between uninfected and GSIV-infected Chinese giant salamander. This additional file showed that 2493 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were enriched in 433 GO terms. The GO terms showed significant enrichment of “immune system process” and “response to stimulus” in addition to the other cellular processes. The GO terms with a corrected P value ≤ 0.05 were defined as significantly enriched in DEGs.
