Datasets include simulated virtual drifter trajectories based on output from different numerical ocean circulation models: WFS ROMS, Global HYCOM, Gulf of Mexico HYCOM, SABGOM, RTOFS; satellite imagery inferred surface oil slick locations that were used to initialize and later verify the trajectory models.
