Profiling of chromatin features during naive to formative ESC differentiation [CUT&Tag]

We performed CUT&Tag for various chromatin features during the naive to formative ESC differentiation. Overall design: Two replicates derived from independent cultures were collected per chromatin feature and cellular state (naive and formative) Please note that *merged.cpm.bw was generated from both rep1 and rep2 samples, and is linked to the corresponding rep1 sample records.
