The data included whole-exome sequencing data of 49 newly diagnosed DS stage III MM patients who received standard first-line therapy and did not undergo autologous stem cell transplantation, 7 patients with relapsed or refractory MM, and 7 patients with newly diagnosed monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance between July 2017 and October 2019 at the department of hematology, Zhongshan hospital Fudan University.
