Dynamically analyzes the forecasted rainfall in Ningbo City across different future time periods based on GFS forecasts, providing support for government flood prevention work and public travel arrangements. Taking the latest numerical forecast results of the Global Forecast System (GFS) as input data, it converts the data into grid rainfall through numerical interpretation, then conducts topological analysis based on the vector layer of Ningbo City's administrative boundaries to dynamically obtain grid point information within the city's scope, and finally generates areal forecasted rainfall for Ningbo City at different future time periods such as 3 hours, 6 hours and 12 hours.
