Shotgun metagenome of manure-fertilized soils on which leek and lollo rosso was grown. Selected samples were spiked with a marker E. coli strain or treated with sulfadiazine at 2 concentrations. We want to follow transmission of potential human pathogens and gain insight into AB resistance dynamics under agriculturally relevant conditions.
