To study the transcriptome in developing heart controlled by the intact Mediator complex. RNA-seq analysis was performed on RNA extracted from hearts of Med30 cKO and control littermates at E10.5. From this analysis, 10,637 genes were expressed in both mutant and control cardiomyocytes.
