This study intends to investigate the role of IL-27Ra signaling in HFD induced obesity in mice. IL-27Ra-KO and C57BL/6 WT male mice at 8 weeks of age were fed on HFD for 10 weeks, inguinal subcutaneous white adipose tissues were collected, inguinal lymph nodes were removed before RNA-Seq analysis.
