资源简介:
This dataset contains mammal species as rows (species captured on camera traps at Cocha Cashu Biological Station and indigenous communities: Maizal, Tayakome, and Yomibato, in Manu National Park, Peru), and their traits as columns, including diet, body mass (Kg), average litter size, and generation length (yrs).
Body mass and diet were extracted from Elton traits database (Wilman et al., 2014). Generation length (yrs) was extracted from the Pacifici database (Pacifici et al., 2013), and average litter size from the PanTHERIA database (Jones et al., 2009).
For several species, average litter size needed to be taken from alternative data sources:
1. Ateles chamek extracted from https://animaldiversity.org/accounts/Ateles_chamek/ 2. Dasypus Kappleri (Eisenberg, 1989) 3. Eira Barbara https://animaldiversity.org/accounts/Eira_barbara/ 4. Myoprocta pratti https://animaldiversity.org/accounts/Myoprocta_pratti/ 5. Philander andersoni https://animaldiversity.org/accounts/Philander_andersoni/ 6. Puma concolor https://animaldiversity.org/accounts/Puma_concolor/ 6. Saimiri boliviensis https://animaldiversity.org/accounts/Saimiri_boliviensis/ 7. Sciurus ignitus and Sciurus spadiceus were given 3.5 based on the range (2-5) within Neotropical tree squirrels (Eisenberg & Redford, 1999).
Eisenberg, J.
