The present disclosure provides of recombinant dna constructs and transgenic plants with improved traits such as one increasing the performance， one enhancement of the efficiency in the use of nitrogen and one of increase the tolerance to the drought or the efficiency in the use of water. The transgenic plants may include of field crops， as well as propagules of plants， parts of plant and progeny of such transgenic plants. Also provided are methods of production and use of such transgenic plants. The present disclosure also provides methods of production of to from seeds of such transgenic plants， of culture and selection of those seeds of progeny plants with improved traits. Also disclosed are transgenic plants with altered phenotypes useful for the screening and the selection of transgenic instances is searched from the enhanced desired trait.
