The dataset consists a OriginLab project with data for electrical conductivity of LSFM doped with nickel or cobalt. The densified compounds were cut into rectangular bars, Pt paste was painted and fired. The prepared bars were each time placed into self-made measuring cell and firstly were heated in air to 800 degrees. The data was collected during cooling down, every 50 degrees and at least one hour at each temperature for stabilization. After the cell was cooled down to RT the atmosphere was changed to hydrogen and remained at RT for at least 2 hours to change the atmoshpere. The procedure was similar as in air.
