Microbiome analysis in the Sediment and Tilapia fish gut in different Aquaculture pond in Tamil Nadu

In this study, we have taken sediment and Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fish gut samples from two different pond, we have extracted the metagenomic DNA from these samples and used NGS technology in order to investigate the various bacterial community existing in the aquaculture pond. It helps compare and assess the microbiome community in fish gut and fish pond, Poolampatti and Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu.
