The grokking clock has several hands: precision, objective, and weight decay

Code and result logs for a precision/objective/weight-decay partition of the grokking generalization-delay regime. Code is MIT; result logs CC-BY-4.0. Figure/manuscript sources not included; large standard datasets not bundled. v1.2 adds the fp32-master-weight control arm and wdfine 5-lambda slope-hardening runners and result logs reported in the submitted manuscript. v1.3 adds the four-rung objective-by-optimizer scale ladder (runner + 144 result logs) reported in the submitted manuscript.
