L1CAM dependent gene expression programs in vitro and ex vivo were analyzed by translating ribosome affinity purification and sequencing (TRAP-Seq). Overall design: EGFP-Rpl10a+, shControl or shL1CAM expressing H2030-BrM cancer cells were seeded to organotypic brain slice, cultured for 48h, and processed through the TRAP protocol. Cells under regular tissue culture (0h) were collected as pre-vascular cooption controls.
