Infections caused by antibiotic multi resistant bacteria have been associated to increased morbidity, mortality, costs of stay and hospital care. The grater use of antibiotics is given in animal production, followed to the inappropriate use for clinical treatment favoring selection of bacteria resistance to multiple families of antibiotics (MDR, multi drug resistance) that eventually may reach bacteria causing severe infectious. There is evidence of the association of food chain and acute diarrhea caused by MDR bacteria, however, is required more information using dynamic and concurrent model with epidemiological base and bitting edge technology to provide evidence of magnitude of the problematic in the animal-human interface and eventually burden of diseases.
