NITCAD（国家技术学院卡利卡特自动驾驶）是一个旨在收集和标注数据集以促进和贡献于印度自动驾驶研究的项目。印度有一些独特的道路场景，如无车道、道路上常见的新物体（如牛、自动车、人力车）以及缺乏明确的交通标志等。因此，需要专门的数据集来训练和开发适用于印度道路的机器学习模型。作为贡献，我们收集了印度道路上的立体和图像数据集，并标注了不同的类别，这些数据可用于训练深度学习模型。

The NITCAD dataset, collected and labeled by the National Institute of Technology Calicut, aims to support autonomous driving research in India. The dataset includes unique Indian road scenarios such as no lanes, common road objects like cows, autos, and rickshaws, and a lack of clear traffic signs. It consists of stereo and regular images labeled with different classes, suitable for training deep learning models.
