SNGNN

An improved graph neural network (GNN) and a self and neighborhood merged graph neural network (SNGNN) were proposed. "SNGNN.py" is the proposed model. "attribute417.csv" and "edgeattribute417.csv" are the node feature file and edge feature file requiredas input to the SNGNN mode respectively. “Focalloss.py”和“configure.py” are the required support files for the SNGNN model. "modelconstract.py" and "modelML.py" are the codes needed for the comparison experiment. "requirements.txt" is the environment profile required for model training. <br> <br>
