Data and scripts used in the manuscript “Exotic plant consumption by black-tufted capuchin monkeys (Sapajus nigritus) in an urban fragment of the Atlantic Forest across two wet seasons”, published in the International Journal of Primatology. We studied the diet of a group of Sapajus nigritus living in Mata de Santa Genebra, an urban Atlantic Forest fragment in Brazil, in two consecutive wet seasons. We assessed their diet using chi-square test, and PERMANOVA with Bray-Curtis dissimilarity.
