Complete whole genome sequence of Streptococcus ruminantium sp. nov.. Streptococcus ruminantium strain:GUT-187

Streptococcus ruminantium sp. nov. was thought to be S. suis serotype 33. We recently proposed that the isolates of S. suis serotype 33 should be classified into the genus Streptococcus, Streptococcus ruminantium sp. nov. with the type strain GUT-187T (=DSM 104980T=JCM 31869T). In this project, we determined the complete whole genome sequence of GUT187T.
