Impact of Aire on CCR6+ Treg suppressive properties Total RNA was extracted from CCR6+ Tregs (CCR6+CD4+CD8-CD25+) isolated from thymi of 6 week-old Aire-KO or WT mice. The extracted RNA was used to generate transcriptome libraries using the TruSeq Stranded mRNA kit following the manufacturer's protocols. Single-end (50 bp) sequencing was performed using the Illumina HISeq 2000 machine.
