MAGIC: Monitoring advanced non small cell lung cancer through plasma genotyping during immunotherapy

We used next generation sequencing amplicon panel to monitor plasma genetic alterations found in longitudinal liquid biopsies of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with immunotherapy.
