Induction of osteogenic lineage cells from human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived neural crest cell (NCC) aggregates through mandibular prominence ectomesenchyme (mdEM)

To clarify the changes in cell properties during the differentiation process from iPSC-derived NCC aggregates into osteogenic cells through mdEM, we sampled cell aggregates during the differentiation and compared gene expression patterns. Overall design: RNA sequencing profiles of 1231A3 iPSC-derived NCC aggregates (day 5), mdEM (day 9), and day 38 clusters.
