资源简介:

Code and result files for the study “Two-sided bounds and a topological thickness correction for the bulk modulus and conductivity of minimal-surface shell lattices”. The deposit holds the Python code (3D shell finite-element solver with layer-conforming P2 tetrahedra, one-dimensional bound models, computer-algebra checks, analysis and figure scripts), the fitted minimal-surface coefficient files, and the result files behind the figures, tables and printed numbers of the article and its Supplementary Material: 496 shell finite-element cell solutions of the main set; 149 further finite-element runs at extra mesh levels, used for the finite-element values that fall outside the bounds and kept in separate folders; 284 finite-sample runs; the one-dimensional bounds on the bulk modulus and the conductivity; the surface integrals and the reach of the eight surfaces; the analyses of nodal surfaces, layered walls, residual mean curvature and wall volume fraction; the conduction results that the cross-property comparison reads; the five data tables that the Supplementary Material cites by file name; and a 173-entry table of printed numbers with their source files. All code lives flat in code/ and every path is relative to the script itself, so the deposit runs as deposited; every local module that a script imports is included. Everything is Python 3 with NumPy, SciPy, scikit-image, pypardiso and Matplotlib; SymPy is needed for the computer-algebra checks only. No commercial software is used. README_dataset.md maps each figure, table and printed number to its file and key, gives the order in which the scripts reproduce a result, and lists the few files that have no generating script.
