If the percentage change in the quantity demanded of car keychains is greater than the percentage change in price, the demand for car keychains is considered price-elastic, which reflects the degree of customers' sensitivity to price changes: the larger the elasticity, the more sensitive demand is to price fluctuations. All enterprises in this industry can appropriately lower the prices of car keychains to gain higher revenue. If the demand for car keychains is price-inelastic, all enterprises in this industry can appropriately raise the prices of car keychains to gain higher revenue. This dataset is of great significance for the marketing decision-making of all enterprises in this industry.
1. Data Collection: Collect demand and price data of relevant car keychains in different regions per quarter, organize and summarize the data according to customer regions, and obtain the quantity change value and price change value of car keychains in different regions.

3. Data Analysis: Analyze the price elasticity of demand for car keychains based on the value of ( |E_d| ):
(1) ( 0 < |E_d| < 1 ) (Price-inelastic Demand): This indicates that the magnitude of change in quantity demanded is smaller than that of price;
(4) ( |E_d| = 1 ) (Unitary Price Elasticity of Demand): This indicates that the magnitude of change in quantity demanded is the same as that of price, meaning that regardless of price changes, the quantity demanded remains fixed;
(5) ( |E_d| > 1 ) (Price-elastic Demand): This indicates that the magnitude of change in quantity demanded is greater than that of price.
