NRS-16654 | Deeds of Guarantee between NSW Milk Board & Dairy Industry Authority of NSW and Financial Institutions

This consists of Deeds of Guarantee between the NSW Milk Board (later the Dairy Industry Authority of NSW), and various financial Institutions guaranteeing payment to the Board/Authority of money payable under the Agency Agreement. This consisted of an Agreement specifying financial and production obligations between the Board/Authority and milk companies appointed as agents of the Board/Authority and operating in metropolitan and regional distribution districts.
