Suaeda salsa Transcriptome or Gene expression

The main purpose of this sequencing is to investigate the response of lncRNA in the leaves of Suaeda salsa to salt stress. The effective sequencing data is compared to the species reference genome using comparison software, and the initial alignment results in BAM format are obtained. During the library construction process, ribosomal RNA was digested, and the fragments were randomly broken into 250-300bp fragments. Through fragment length selection, all RNA except ribosomal RNA and small fragment RNA (microRNA, siRNA, etc.) were finally obtained, including lncRNA, mRNA, circRNA, etc.
