iCARE ICHT Clinical text Dataset

The iCARE clinical text data model is a HRA REC approved database covering free-text information from Imperial College Healthcare Trust (ICHT) Electronic Health Record. It contains free-text data for samples of ICHT patients captured during inpatient stays and includes patient notes and discharge summaries. It enables a number of AI and NLP related projects
